Who can host?
Anyone with a community and a room: bar owners, meetup organisers, arts venues, co-working spaces, churches, unions, professional networks and curious individuals.
How big does the audience need to be?
Evenings work best when the room feels full, so pick a venue that suits the crowd you expect. We’ll talk it through when you get in touch.
Is it ticketed?
It can be ticketed or free. We’ll agree the approach, including who handles ticketing and any costs, before anything is announced.
Where can it happen?
Anywhere in the UK. Kester is based in London and travels nationwide.
What’s the format on the night?
About two hours in total: a talk, then conversation and questions, with a break for drinks. It’s informal by design.
